Neil leads large, multi-faceted teams and manages sizable budgets and wide organizational and industry initiatives. Neil’s DICE (Digital Innovation and Consumer Experience) Group at Jefferson returns revenue to the organization via licensing, grants, consultancy, philanthropy, and industry collaborations.
